入选标准
- •Arabic-speaking
- •Criteria for a current major depressive episode or for a persistent depressive disorder according to DSM-5 (American Psychiatric Association, 2013) are fulfilled
- •Access to the Internet and a computer
- •Private email address
排除标准
- •Significant, current suicidal tendencies
- •Severe depressive symptoms (BDI-II = 45)
- •Symptoms too low (BDI-II 0-13)
- •Criteria for post-traumatic stress disorder according to DSM-5 (American Psychiatric Association, 2013) are fulfilled
- •Bipolar symptoms
- •Psychotic symptoms
- •Increased alcohol, drug or substance use within the last year
- •Concurrent psychotherapeutic treatment
- •Concurrent treatment with psychopharmaceuticals with unstable dose (changes in dose/type of medication in the last 4 weeks)
- •Previous depression treatment by the Ilajnafsy programme
