入选标准
- •1. duration of mechanical ventilation more than or equal to 48h
- •2. age more than or equal to 18
- •3. clinical suspicion of VAP based on two or more of the following criteria :
- •A. body temperature > 38 C or < 36 C
- •B. white blood cells > 10000 or < 4000
- •C. purulent tracheal secretions
- •D. PaO2/Fio2 < 300

- •ongoing pneumonia
- •subcutaneous emphysema
- •thoracic dressings
