- •American Society of anesthesiologist class I-III patients aged 20-70 years.
- •-Patients undergoing thoracic surgery requiring unilateral lung ventilation
- •-Mallampati class of <3 patients
排除标准
- •- Cervical spine disease or restricted head extension (<90°)
- •- Patients requiring rapid sequence intubation
- •- Presence of loose or vulnerable tooth
- •- Tracheobronchial abnormalities
- •- BMI = 35kg/m2
- •- Interincisor distance < 3cm
- •- Thyromental distance < 6cm
- •- Patient refuse
