- •Absence of underlying chronic diseases affecting quality of life including cancer, stroke, chronic kidney disease, severe diabetes mellitus with HbA1C over 7.5
- •Absence of psychological disorders
排除标准
- •Deterioration of the clinical condition in a way that disrupts the participation in the research
- •Not participating in more than two educating sessions
