入选标准
- •1.Patients 18-65 years of age
- •2.Patients with ASA I-II
- •3.All patients undergoing Neuro surgical procedures under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1.Non consenting Patients.
- •2.Emergency neuro surgical procedures for intracranial bleed or extradural, subdural bleed.
- •3.Neuro surgical procedures with final head position being in neutral position.
- •4.Patients with pre-existing pathological eye conditions like optic neuritis
- •5.Patients with history of ophthalmic surgery
- •6.History of ocular injury
- •7.History of ocular disease.
- •8.Open globe injuries.
- •9.Patients undergoing cranioplasty surgeries.
- •10.Patients with cerebral space occupying lesion causing a midline shift of more than 5 mm on CT head.
