•(1) male and female with age between 20 and 49 years; (2) subjects who have ability to communicate adequately about his or her physical condition with a clinical researcher and fill out the questionnaires; and (3) subjects who have willingness to participate in this clinical trial and sign a written informed consent form. (4) subjects who complete to sign on the informed consent.

•(1) subjects having an abnormal heart beat period; (2) subjects practicing Qigong or who were athletes; (3) subjects with a cardiovascular disease history including hypertension, arrhythmia, or ischemic heart disease; (4) subjects who had taken cardiovascular-related medicines in the past month; and (5) subjects judged inappropriate by the researcher.
