- •Colonoscopy performed on patients aged 30 and above, but less than 80, for the purpose of screening or follow-up examination.
- •Definition of Screening Colonoscopy: Colonoscopy performed on asymptomatic individuals for the purpose of health screening.
- •Definition of Surveillance Colonoscopy: Colonoscopy performed on individuals with a history of colorectal polyps for surveillance purposes.
排除标准
- •Inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease)
- •Family history of hereditary colorectal cancer (familial adenomatous polyposis, hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer)
- •Diagnostic colonoscopy in cases of symptomatic conditions such as anemia or bleeding
- •Previous history of colorectal resection surgery
- •Inability to undergo tissue biopsy or other circumstances where the participant is deemed ineligible for the study by the researcher.
