- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I and II patients undergoing surgeries under general anesthesia requiring nasotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1.Known significant cardio-vascular, respiratory, nervous system dysfunction,
- •2.Patients with cervical instability,
- •3.Severe derangements of coagulation profile/ bleeding disorders,
- •4.Recurrent epistaxis,
- •5.Uncontrolled hypertension,
- •6.Known difficult airway,
- •7.Rapid sequence induction is required,
- •8.If attending anesthesiologists consider use of the videolaryngoscope to be contraindicated,
- •9.Upper respiratory tract infection within the previous 2 weeks,
- •10.Patientâ??s refusal to consent
