入选标准
- •Unilateral and/or bilateral Genu valgum with more than 15 degree of tibiofemoral angle
- •Inter-malleolar distance more than 10 cm
- •Mechanical axis deviation to zone +2
- •Less than two years of growth remaining as determined by the elbow radiograph
- •Corrected underlying metabolic condition
- •Age less than 18 years
- •Willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •Unstable knee with evidence of subluxation
- •Sagittal plane deformity (fixed flexion deformity > 15 degree or genu recurvatum)
- •Congenital or habitual patellar instability
- •Uncorrected underlying medical conditions
- •Skeletal dysplasias
- •Unwilling to participate
