- •1.Female in the age group of 18-35 years.
- •2.Patient undergoing elective cesarean section.
- •3.Duration of Surgery 1-2 hours .
- •4.ASA 1 and 2 5.MPC 1 and 2
- •5.Weight of the patient more than equal to50 kilograms 8.Patients willing to participate in the study 9.Patient fulfilling criteria for Subarachnoid Block
排除标准
- •1.Lack of valid informed written consent
- •2.ASA grade 3 and 4
- •3.Weight of the patient less than equal to 50 kilograms
- •4.Infection at the Subarachnoid Block site
- •5.Patients with neurological and musculoskeletal disease
- •6.Patients with bleeding disorders
- •7.Patients on anticoagulants
- •8.History of allergy to local anaesthetic and injection Fentanyl.
