- •1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status grade I or II adults
- •2.Age 18 to 65 years
- •3.Undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with orotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with anticipated difficult intubation
- •2. Modified Mallampati class of oropharyngeal view 3 or 4
- •3. Swelling or contractures in the neck
- •4. Distorted tracheal anatomy
- •5. Risk of aspiration
- •6. Patients requiring use of flexometallic or preformed tubes
- •7. Bleeding diathesis
- •8. Patients on anticoagulation medication
