入选标准
- •1. Patients with more than 34 weeks of gestation, undergoing caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia, willing to participate in the study.
- •2. Use of only Hyperbaric Bupivacaine for spinal anaesthesia.
- •3. Maternal age > 18 years.
排除标准
- •1. Pre-existing Systolic blood pressure <100 mm Hg.
- •2. Patient taking any medications which affect blood pressure, other than anti- hypertensives.
- •3. Co-existent valvular or myocardial disease.
- •4. Use of epidural labour analgesia.
- •5. Use of systemic opioids.
