入排标准
入选标准
- •1. ASA grade 1 and 2 patients
- •2. Both male and female patients between 18 to 60 years of age undergoing elective neurosurgery in prone position
排除标准
- •1. ASA grade 3 and 4 patients.
- •2. Patients refused to participate in the study.
- •3. Patients with cardiac disease like Arrhythmias, congestive cardiac failure.
- •4. Patients with BMI < 18 and > 35.
- •5. Patients with unstable cervical spine.
- •6. Patients with raised ICP.
- •7. Initiation of vasopressor agent before changing the position from supine to prone.
- •8. Pre-positioning peak airway pressure > 30 cm of H2O.
- •9. IVC non visualized on USG
