Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA grade 1 and 2 patients
- •2\. Both male and female patients between 18 to 60 years of age undergoing elective neurosurgery in prone position
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA grade 3 and 4 patients.
- •2\. Patients refused to participate in the study.
- •3\. Patients with cardiac disease like Arrhythmias, congestive cardiac failure.
- •4\. Patients with BMI \< 18 and \> 35\.
- •5\. Patients with unstable cervical spine.
- •6\. Patients with raised ICP.
- •7\. Initiation of vasopressor agent before changing the position from supine to prone.
- •8\. Pre\-positioning peak airway pressure \> 30 cm of H2O.
- •9\. IVC non visualized on USG
