- •American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status one and two
- •BMI more than equal to 20 to less than equal to 30kg/m2
- •Patients scheduled for neck and shaft of femur fracture surgery
排除标准
- •Patientâ??s inability to understand VAS
- •Patients scheduled for multiple fracture surgeries
- •Patients with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders
- •Pre-existing peripheral neuropathy
- •Patients on regular chronic pain management drugs for the last three months
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Contraindications to study drugs Paracetamol diclofenac dexamethasone dexmedetomidine and bupivacaine
