入选标准
- •Patients aged 20 years or older were eligible for inclusion if they were (i) prescribed with warfarin upon discharge, (ii) had no schedule for surgery within three months after discharge, (iii) were able to manage their own medication, (iv) could communicate in Thai, and (v) possess a telephone.
排除标准
- •Those who already took warfarin before admission and had INR values in target ranges throughout the past three months were excluded.
