- •1. Elective left-sided or right-sided heart valve surgery, including aortic, mitral, tricuspid, and pulmonary valve replacement
- •2. Over 18 years of age
- •3. Able to understand and complete measurements
- •4. Provide informed written consent
排除标准
- •1. Ischaemic heart disease before surgery
- •2. Diseases in the musculoskeletal system
- •3. Comorbidity complicating physical activity
- •4. Expected to not cooperate in the trial instructions
