- •Patient with primary osteoarthritis of knee according to ACR criteria and age over 50 years old, which fail oral pain medication or contraindicated.
排除标准
- •Contraindicated for intraarticular steroid injection, infection, bleeding diathesis.
- •Previous intraarticular steroid injection in previous 3 months
- •Secondary osteoarthritis of knee
- •Patient who takes systemic steroid
- •Knee with prosthesis
- •Patient with schedules for TKA in 3 months from randomization
