- •Undergoing elective inguinal, vaginal, lower limb procedures under spinal anesthesia

- •Patient refusal
- •Patients unable to comprehend the application of CPAP
- •Patients with claustrophobia
- •Un co-operative patients
- •Patients with cardio respiratory diseases with poor effort tolerance
- •Pregnant patients
