- •Properly fasted patients
- •Elective day care non laparoscopic surgery under GA
- •Duration of surgery 1 to 2 hours
- •Anticipated blood loss <100 ml
排除标准
- •1.Parental refusal
- •2.child with known congenital deformity or syndromes
- •3.child with anticipated difficult airway
- •4.child with oropharyngeal pathology
- •5.child with significant cardiac, pulmonary,hepatic,renal,neurological,endocrinological diseases
