- •Residents of the nursing homes St. Pantaleon, Christinenstift
- •Degrees of care 1-5
- •Dement and non-dement
- •Consent to study participation by residents or their legal representatives*.
- •At least 4 remaining teeth
排除标准
- •Severe acute life-threatening illness or condition compatible with an expected early death.
- •PZR not possible at start of study due to health or dementia situation
- •Already at the beginning of the study foreseeable loss of the remaining dentition due to already diagnosed inflammations/loosenings
- •Toothless jaw
- •Diabetes mellitus with HbA1c >7.5
- •Endocarditis risk with necessary antibiotic shielding against therapeutic interventions on the teeth
- •Persons who are dependent on or have an employment relationship with the sponsor or investigator
