入选标准
- •Chronic tinnitus (duration = 6 months)
- •- Score of = 18 in the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory, i.e. at least mild tinnitus distress
- •- Somatic tinnitus diagnosed by the Somatic Tinnitus Questionnaire - Short Version (STQ-Short)
- •- Fluent English skills
- •- Owner of a smartphone with iOS or Android operating system
- •- Ability to understand the research and willingness to use the ‘Milou’ mobile application on their smartphone
排除标准
- •- Diseases of the ear (e.g. otosclerosis, acoustic neuroma, Meniere’s disease)
- •- Start of any other tinnitus related treatments, especially structured counselling, sound therapy or cognitive behavioural therapy in the past 3 months before the start of the study
- •- Missing written informed consent
