- •1. American society of Anaesthesiology physical status (ASA-PS) grade 1 & 2
- •2. Less than 2 years of age undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1. patients with congenital anomalies or any syndromic patients
- •2.patients having any growth or mass near neck or face region
- •3. critically ill patients
- •4. any arteriovenous malformation on scanning
- •5. any contraindications of performing valsalva maneuver or trendelenburg position
