入选标准
- •1. Patients who are going to undergo laparoscopic radical gastrectomy;
- •2. Aged 18 to 75 years;
- •3. The type of anesthesia is general anesthesia, in line with the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-III classification criteria;
- •4. The stage is stage I-III;
- •5. Locally advanced gastric cancer;
- •6. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this experiment.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or mental illness;
- •2. Palliative surgery or emergency surgery;
- •3. Patients who need joint resection of other organs;
- •4. Patients with severe intraoperative complications (anastomotic leakage, gastrointestinal bleeding);
- •5. History of abdominal surgery in the past;
- •6. Unwilling to accept acupuncture treatment;
- •7. Those who failed laparoscopic surgery and were converted to open surgery.
