- •menstrual irregularity ( History of oligo or amenorrhea)
- •signs of hyperandrogenism ( acne , hirsuitism , central alopecia )
- •signs of hyperinsulinemia ( obesity ,acanthosis nigricans )
排除标准
- •Hypothyroidism
- •Hyperprolactinemia
- •Adrenal hyperandrogenemia
- •Cushing Syndrome
- •Patients within two years of menarche
