  • •Elective on-pump cardiac surgery in Maharaj Nakorn Chiangmai Hospital
  • •Age more than 15 years old

排除标准

  • •1.Re-do operation
  • •2.Emergency/Urgency case
  • •3.Bleeding diathesis (hemophilia or platelet count < 100 x 109 /L)
  • •4.Renal failure (creatinine level > 2.0 mg/dL)
  • •5.แพ้ยา Tranexamic acid
  • •6.หยุดยาต้านเกล็ดเลือด (Aspirin, Clopidogrel) น้อยกว่า 7 วัน
  • •7.ใช้ Heparin ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนการผ่าตัด
  • •8.Aortic surgery
  • •9. Reoperation to stop bleeding from obvious surgical cause
