- •Consenting ASA grade I-II patients,aged 20-65 years, undergoing exploratory laparotomy for gynaecological cancer surgeries.
排除标准
- •Patients with history of any etiology , postoperative nausea and vomiting,prior allergy to local anaesthetics or coagulopathies, patients receiving opioids and patients having inability to comprehend questionnaires
