This study is open labeled double arm clinical trial to evaluate the effect of Dhatakyadi Varti and Pippalyadi Varti in 32 patients with kaphaja yonivyapad (vulvo-vaginitis). The study will be conducted at in/out patient in department of prasuti tantra and stree roga in Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara ayurveda hospital,hassan,Karnataka.Group A 16 Patients will be administered with 500ml sukhoshana jala for yoni prakshalana and three gram Dhatakyadi Yoni varti for one yama or till amutra kala once a day for 7 days and in Group B 16 Patients will be administered with 500ml sukhoshana jala for yoni prakshalana and three gram Pippalyadi Yoni varti for one yama or till amutra kala once a day for 7 days.

入选标准
- •1.Subject full filling diagnostic criteria and have local signs and symptoms of kaphaja yonivyapad as described in texts such as shweta and picchilasrava,yoni kandu,alpa vedana
- •Married women of 21-50 years
- •Patient willing to sign informed written consent form.
排除标准
- •1.Pregnant women 2.Lactating women 3.Diagnosed case of Cervical Pathology like carcinoma of cervix,polyps.
- •4.Subjects positive for HIV,VDRL,HBsAg 5.Known case of Diabetes mellitus,pelvic inflammatory disease 6.Post menopausal women.

次要结局
- Other symptoms like backache, pain during coitus should be cured.(15 days)
