入选标准
- •Healthy parturients at term more than 37 week gestation

排除标准
- •-Multiple pregnancy, pre-eclampsia, known fetal compromise
- •-Maternal cardiac disease, CKD stage III(GFR of less than 60 ml/min/1.73m)
- •-Chronic hypertension
- •-Coagulopathy, anemia (Hb < 8g/dl)
- •-Weight < 50 kg or > 100 kg
- •-History of previous allergy to gelatin and starch
