入选标准
- •Both male and female suffering from diabetes mellitus on allopatic management.
- •DDSPSAS >2
- •Controlled hypertension.
- •Previously diagnosed case.
- •Written informed consent.
排除标准
- •Diabetic Mononeuropathy, polyradiculopathy, amyothrophy, autonomic neuropathy, abnormalities of gait,wrist/foot drop, paralysis of cranial nerves.
- •MI within 6 months, unstable angina.
- •Neuropathy due to other causes, Vit B12 deficiency, alcoholism
- •Diabetic complications- retinopathy, renal involvement, recurrent hypoglycemia, ketoacidosis.
- •Other systemic disease- CVS , endocrinal, systemic infections or on other treatment (except HTN)
