- •Young adults aged between 18-25 years.
- •Young adults aged between 18-25 years diagnosed to have prehypertension (Systolic BP (SBP) 120 to 139 and Diastolic BP (DBP) 80 to 89 mm Hg) and having android mobile phones.
排除标准
- •Young adults who are already diagnosed have other systemic disorders.
- •Young adults who are on medications for any other ailments.
