- •BMI <35 kg/m2

- •Patient refusal
- •ASA 3 and ASA 4 patients
- •Obvious scoliosis/spinal deformity
- •Surgical scar in lumbar area
- •Skin infection in the lumbar area
- •Coagulopathy
