- •informed consent to participate in the study
- •- Current employment (part-time or full-time)
- •- an increased stress experience (PSS = 22)
排除标准
- •- current/earlier diagnosis of a mental disorder (diagnosed psychosis or dissociative symptoms)
- •- current psychotherapy, on a waiting list for psychotherapy or intention to start psychotherapy in a short period of time
- •- currently ongoing other health training to reduce stress or promote resilience
- •- Start or change of a drug treatment due to stress, anxiety, or depressive complaints in the last 4 weeks.
- •- increased risk of suicide (BDI II value for question 9 > 1)
- •- no guarantee that Internet access will be available on a regular basis over the next six weeks
