- •informed consent
- •- Current employment (at least 50%) in the field of nursing/care
- •- working in shift work
- •-shift worker syndrome with insomnia
排除标准
- •- serious or unstable organic disease that could have an influence on sleep
- •-another sleep disorder according to ICSD-3
- •-Current psychotherapy, on a waiting list for psychotherapy, or intending to begin psychotherapy in the near future
- •-Starting or changing medication for stress, anxiety, or depressive symptoms in the past 4 weeks.
- •- previous treatment with CBT-I
- •-participation in another training program to improve sleep or recovery behaviors and reduce stress
- •-No guarantee that Internet access will be available on a regular basis over the next six weeks.
