- •\- Current employment (at least 50%) in the field of nursing/care
- •\- working in shift work
- •\-shift worker syndrome with insomnia
排除标准
- •\- serious or unstable organic disease that could have an influence on sleep
- •\-another sleep disorder according to ICSD\-3
- •\-Current psychotherapy, on a waiting list for psychotherapy, or intending to begin psychotherapy in the near future
- •\-Starting or changing medication for stress, anxiety, or depressive symptoms in the past 4 weeks.
- •\- previous treatment with CBT\-I
- •\-participation in another training program to improve sleep or recovery behaviors and reduce stress
- •\-No guarantee that Internet access will be available on a regular basis over the next six weeks.
