- Current employment (part-time or full-time)
- current/earlier diagnosis of a mental disorder (diagnosed psychosis or dissociative symptoms)
- current psychotherapy, on a waiting list for psychotherapy or intention to start psychotherapy in a short period of time
- currently ongoing other health training to reduce stress or promote resilience
- Start or change of a drug treatment due to stress, anxiety, or depressive complaints in the last 4 weeks.
- increased risk of suicide (BDI II value for question 9 > 1)
- no guarantee that Internet access will be available on a regular basis over the next six weeks
