入选标准
- •Couples attending the Infertility outpatient clinic in OBG Dept with up to three previous failed IUI.
- •1.Couples with mild male factor infertility- defined According to WHO (2010) as sperm analysis :
- •A.Sperm Concentration >10-20x106 sperm/ml
- •B.15-25% progressive motility and / or
- •C. <20 million progressively motile spermatozoa in the ejaculate.
- •2.Couples with unexplained infertility â??
- •A. Regular normal Menstrual cycles
- •B. Bilateral fallopian tubes patent-confirmed by laparoscopy or hysterosalphingography
- •C. Normal TSH and Prolactin levels
- •D. Normal reproductive hormone levels
- •E. Normal semen analysis
排除标准
- •1. Endometriosis or intrauterine organic pathology (polps,myoma and adhesions) , known Pelvic inflammatory disorder, ovarian cyst.
- •2. Any other medical disorder (Cardiovascular, Renal and Hepatic Disorders).
