- •Undergoing open upper abdominal surgeries

- •Patients with neuromuscular diseases
- •bleeding or coagulation disorders
- •pregnant women
- •body mass index (BMI) more than 35 kg/m2
- •Infection at the site of injection
- •Allergy to any of medications used in this study
