- •1.Primary complaint of shoulder pain
- •2.Baseline Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) score of 20% or greater
排除标准
- •1.Any contraindication to mobilization technique
- •2.Serious pathology and recent trauma or acute fracture to cervical or thoracic region
- •3.Prior surgery to cervical or thoracic spine
- •4.Adhesive capsulitis
- •5.CNS involvement
- •6.Current use on steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
