- •Healthy adults 18 years and above.
- •Duration of working hours on computer equal to or more than 5 hours/ day.
- •Desktop , laptop users.
排除标准
- •Obese individual (BMI greater than or equal to 30)
- •Subjects who have undergone surgery in the region of the neck ; upper back; chest; upper limb etc.
- •Subjects with diagnosed neurological capsulitis, impingement syndrome, unstable shoulders.
- •Subjects with congenital postural deformities like kyphosis , scoliosis.
- •Computer users involved in field work.
