- •1. Volleyball players of 18-25 years.
- •2. The player must be playing at least for 2 years and must have participated at district level.
- •3. Uninjured at the commencement of study.
- •4. The participant should at least perform 10 pushups on firm surface ground.
排除标准
- •1. Could not commit full participation in study training regimes.
- •2. Already engaged in plyometric training as this may confound the study.
- •3. Major injury at the time of commencement of study or within 6 months
