入选标准
- •patients undergoing elective isolated coronary artery bypass graft
排除标准
- •Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, Acute MI(within a month), Left main coronary artery(LMCA) or LMCA equivalent disease, EF <50%, Emergency surgery, Atrial fibrillation or other arrhythmias, cerebrovascular disease, anticipated difficult airway
- •Patient requiring ionotropes or Pacing in the pre bypass period, more than one attempt at laryngoscopy and intubation or methods other than conventional laryngoscopy will also be excluded from study.
