入选标准
- •Patient with teeth to be extracted and replaced with dental implant in maxillary anterior teeth
- •Absence of general medical contraindications for oral surgery procedures.
- •Patient with good oral hygiene.
- •Distance 3mm away from maxillary sinus in premolar region and 3mm away from nasal cavity in anterior region
排除标准
- •Uncontrolled medically compromised patients diabetes heart disease uncontrolled blood pressure, endocrine disorders immuno-compromised and any condition influence bone healing
- •Heavy smokers more than 10 cigarettes a day
- •Patients with Para functional habits.
- •Patient with signs of acute infection and purulent exudates at the site of implant placement as revealed by clinical and radiographical examination
- •Patients with bad oral hygiene and advanced periodontal disease
- •Jump distance less than 2mm
