- •Patients belonging to the age group 18-60 years with ASA grade I, II and grade III undergoing elective or emergency procedure for hip fracture surgeries.
排除标准
- •1.Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
- •2.Seizure disorders
- •3.Baseline pain score <= 2.5 on movement
- •4.Cognitive dysfunction and unable to understand pain scoring system
- •5.Contraindication for CNB
