- •Age of patient ≤ 70 years.
- •b) Good performance status (ECOG 0, 1, 2)
- •c) Patients with a diagnosis of
- •i.Resectable periampullary carcinoma, duodenal tumor and small carcinoma of the head of pancreas
- •ii.Neuroendocrine and others tumors in head of pancreas requiring pancreaticoduodenectomy
- •iii.Chronic pancreatitis with suspicious mass in head of pancreas
- •d) Patients who have given their informed consent

- •a.Metastatic disease
- •b.Patient unwilling to consent for the study
- •c.Pancreatic duct diameter <2 mm
