Comparison of nebulized ropivacaine 0.5%with nebulized lignocaine 2% on the mean arterial pressure MAP on intubation in patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia . It is a randomised controlled trial.The aim of this study to compare the efficacy of nebulized ropivacaine 0.5% and nebulized lignocaine 2% in attenuating mean arterial pressure on laryngoscopy and intubation. Time intervals being TO baseline before the procedure of nebulization
Tl after nebulization
T2 before tracheal intubation
T3 after tracheal intubation
T4 5 minutes after tracheal intubation
TS at the closure of skin incision
T6 immediately after tracheal extubation
T7 after tracheal extubation . And also to compare heart rate at same time interval as MAP and the cough response at the time of extubation.

- •American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification (ASA) of 1 or II, aged 18-60 years, scheduled for elective surgeries under general anesthesia.
排除标准
- •mental illness allergies to relevant drug anticipated difficult airway.
