入选标准
- •1. All patients undergoing surgical intervention for complex fractures at Dept of Orthopaedics, Base Hospital Delhi Cantt.
- •2. All patients undergoing arthroscopy and arthroplasty at Dept of Orthopaedics, Base Hospital Delhi Cantt.
- •3. Age group: All adult patients in the age group between 20 to 80 years.
- •4. Both male and female
排除标准
- •1. Patients with a history of adverse drug reaction to Acetaminophen/paracetamol, Gabapentinoids, Opioids and their derivatives.
- •2. Patients on Immuno-modulator therapies.
- •Patients with multi-system injuries involving Head injury, Abdominal trauma, Thoracic and Spine injuries and multiple fractures.
- •3. Patients with deranged Liver and Renal Function during pre-op evaluation.
- •4. Paediatric cases
- •5. Patients unwilling to give consent to be a part of the study.
