入选标准
- •Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Vicharchika like Kandu, Pidika, Shyavata etc. will be included in the present study.
- •Lesions of size between 10cm2-100cm2 will be included.
- •In case of multiple lesions 2-3 lesions of index size will be selected.
排除标准
- •Known case of Systemic diseases like cardiac illness, diabetes mellitus and anaemia.
- •Skin disorder other than Vicharchika will be excluded.
- •Patient with bleeding disorders.
- •Patients on anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
- •Patients with HIV, HBsAG, VDRL will be excluded.
- •Patients contraindicated for Raktamokshana.
- •Lesions on eyes, axilla and face.
