- •ASA grade I and II children requiring general anaesthesia with orotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1.Patients having high risk of pulmonary aspiration.
- •2.Patients with anticipated difficult airway e.g. head and neck pathology, congenital syndromes affecting airway, swellings and dressings on face or neck or restricted mouth opening.
- •3.Surgery of oral cavity, larynx, pharynx.
- •4.Patients with increased intracranial tension
