- •ARDS as defined by Berlinâ??s Criteria
- •-Invasive MV through an endotracheal tube.
排除标准
- •-Patients in whom diagnosis of ARDS > 48 hours
- •-more than 72 hours since initiation of MV.
- •-Documented Barotrauma (air leak syndromes)
- •-Penetrating chest injury
- •-Those who were intubated secondary to exacerbation of COPD, Asthma
