入选标准
- •1. Males or females
- •2. Aged between 25-40 years
- •3. Be diagnised with myofascial pain syndrome of the upper trapezius muscle (active myofascial trigger point)
- •4. Pain intensity between 3-8 of the numerical rating scale
排除标准
- •1. Other neck and shoulder pain conditions, such as cervical spondylosis and tendinopathy of the shoulder.
- •2. Fibromyalgia
- •3. Serious health conditions, such as cancer, Hemophilia, bone infection
- •4. Pregnancy
