入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Adults with first ever hemispheric stroke (Medically diagnosed on the basis of radiological findings).
- •2. SVV deviation more than 30 to contralesional side.
- •3. Patients within 3 months post stroke with ability to comprehend and follow simple verbal instructions.
排除标准
- •1.Poor cognitive function level (Mini Mental State Examination <24).
- •2. Participants above 65 years of age.
- •3. Previous history of any central or peripheral nervous system dysfunction.
- •4. Stroke involving PCA territory, brainstem or having lacunar lesions.
- •5. Any lower limb fractures that can affect posture.
- •6. Patients who are medically not stable and who cannot maintain sitting (supported / unsupported) for a minimum of 30 minutes.
